While Access Leisure Management is a young company, it embodies the vast experience and accomplishments of its principal until the present time.

We are well experienced in the development and opening of new leisure and recreation facilities, operating existing amusement parks and water parks of any scale, reorganization of distressed companies and Chapter 11 reorganizations.

MOST RECENT DEVELOPMENT:

21 acre, themed water park completed - development, operational planning and implementation.

Other projects: Twenty years of total management responsibility related to a 130-acre leisure facility, driving multiple operations, which included amusement ride attractions, concert production and special event planning; marketing, sales, promotions, advertising and public relations. Project management for continued development and on going ride installations. Incorporated dining and banquet facilities serving up to 3000 guests and assorted food and beverage operations. Staffs of 800 people supplemented by recruiting from abroad.

    • Ancillary responsibilities included insurance placement, risk management and loss control; claims defense; operation general maintenance and operations; purchasing; personnel and employee relations; ticket, cash and inventory controls.

    Included: property management of the 30 acre, incorporated summer cottages; a 1 million gallon swimming pool + related facilities + a beach; and a two-acre zoo;

    Cultivated and leveraged relationships with city and state agencies across changing political climates and administrations including police and fire departments, health and public safety boards, state and city tax and licensing divisions. Included are U.S. Departments of State; Home Land Security; Environmental Management and Coastal resources.
